A Fat Loss And Fitness Jackpot

Christian Finn During the promotion of Fit Over 40, I had be privilege of meeting through correspondence Britain’s Christian Finn. Christian is a contributing writer to many fitness publications, including Men’s Health. He has the physique most men would love to have—lean, muscular and not overdone. Christian has a masters in exercise science, and he’s obviously put that to very good use—both for himself and for his many readers.

Christian wrote our bonus report on how to increase testosterone naturally. I was blown away by it…literally. I thought I knew a lot about the subject, given the fact that I’m on hormone replacement therapy. I learned quite a bit from this detailed, footnoted study, so I emailed Christian to thank him. He is a very gracious and knowledgeable chap.

Through this exchange, I discovered The Truth About Fitness, Christian’s incredible website. There’s so much content on it that it would take months to go through. Plus, let me tell you, from a designer’s eye, it’s very nice. Extremely clean and easy to navigate. Clean ‘fitness’ sites are really rare these days, and I for one appreciate them. It makes finding what I want a much more enjoyable process.

When I signed up for the member’s only area, Christian wanted to “give me a refund”, considering we’re colleagues. I wouldn’t hear of it. Just his free stuff was worth the small fee, and there’s a ton of great stuff in the member’s area other than articles. He even has a free and legal (due to copyright laws) download of one of the best books you’ll ever read in your life: As A Man Thinketh by James Allen. That small book changed my life in profound ways, and I think it’s really cool that Christian went the extra mile and transcribed it.

While my site is membership-free, I respect those like Christian who do nothing but write for a living. Trust me—the content is worth it.

I’m still digesting a lot of the materials—everything from fat loss to supplements are covered with an eye toward science and real-world applications. Obviously by the picture above, Christian practices what he preaches, too. If you’ve been around my site for any length of time, you know that’s one of the main criteria I have for publishing ‘anyone’ on AYS. If they don’t walk the walk, they can take a hike!

That’s my tip of the week. Check out his site for yourself and see what you think. The free section is better than 99% of the sites out there. I picked up a few things for AYS I’d like to add. I’ll try to get Christian to submit a few articles to AYS this year, as he would make a tremendous contributing author to AYS.
