All the things in my life
Nah…I love it. I love when you guys blog away.
In fact, I have some cool blogging to do next week. I know, I said that last time…BUT…
I recently developed “M-Mastery”…that’s M-Power University. For more info, email educationindestiny@mpowerseries.com.
I’m also writing an e-book in ONE WEEKEND. Yes, yes, YES!!! It’s amazing what I’m doing with this new-found Abundance Factor material…geezy creezy.
It’s killer stuff, too…and we’re selling 5,555 of them for $5 starting Wednesday.
Here’s a peeerrty picture of the cover…and yes, I’m serious. Click the book to find out.

I am absolutely in and will be looking for it today. I researched hiking and biking opportunities in the area I will be staying at in Germany and there are many! Maybe I can lose 3 in 3!

I’m about 2/3 of the way through. Just the sort of thing I’ve been waiting for. Distilled knowledge, clealry presented. Looking forward to 7 Minute Muscle as the companion piece—they, along with Bill Pearl’s encyclopedic tome, will form the foundation of my new library.
Well done, Bingo!

Simply Eat was truly awesome. I was even more pleasantly surprised by the additional report (Beyond Cardio). I’d read so many things about cardio that I was completely baffled. Not to mention, most of the things I’d try wouldn’t work for me. I tried fasted cardio in the morning, but I’d get dizzy way too early to keep up with a 20’ HIIT. I’d also read about not eating anything for about an hour after cardio, but then I’d spent the entire day feeling absolutely drained. Then, I tried your suggestion about lifting weights first and then going for cardio, and drinking half a protein shake before cardio and half after. It worked like a charm! Now, I work out in the morning after eating only a piece of fruit, and I manage to get through both strength and cardio training. And I feel GREAT throughout the rest of the day to boot! Thank you so much for that. I was so confused about what to do in this matter that I can’t even begin to express my gratitude. Shoot for the stars!
