Complete This Survey And Get Goodies

I want to give you exactly what you want. But the only way to know that is to ask you, right? Right!

So I’ve created this very short survey. Answer the questions and I’ll reward you by sending you to a bonus page where you can get FIVE free bonus e-books worth over $150. But please answer honestly, as my goal here is to allow me to learn more about what YOU want and need.

Survey closes after 3,000 entries. And the freebie page, found after you complete the survey and click “Vote”, shuts down Thursday at midnight. So do this NOW if you want the good stuff.

YOU MUST ANSWER ONE OF THE PRICING QUESTIONS TO GET THE BONUSES. This does not commit you to buying anything; it just lets me know what you think of our pricing structure.

NOTE: The website for the free giveaways goes live late tonight. I will send you there. Just bookmark the site and hit it again later tonight or tomorrow so you can get the new bonuses.

Thanks!

Jon,
I’ve taken your advise in both 7MM and EODD. I thoroughly enjoy the E-Mails and especially the teaching courses. I am 58 and trying to get down to about 10-12% bodyfat. Your programs have inspired me to not only lose weight, but to study and become a CPT and Nutrition Specialist. I am retired military and plan on using my knowledge and expertise to provide guidance and coaching to other retired members in my area. I don’t plan on making a living at it so I’ll be offering my services free. I want to give something beneficial to other retired military members who find themselves out of shape and need advice on how to go about it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us. Keep up the great work!

ALthough I feel daily or weekly short articles on fat loss is desirable, A synopsis at the end of the month would be beneficial to see if one has learned anything from your advice.

Harry, I think that’s a brilliant idea. I do that (as you may know) after each of the seven days in my Personal Fat Loss Certification Course and people do enjoy the quizzes.

Let me put my thinking cap on re: this one and figure out how it would best be done.

Thanks so much for the tip.

Hi Jon, Im a very new mom and so I need to strengthen my core. Both, fat burning and muscle gain would benefit me. I completed the survey but just when I was adding my email, it shut down before I could download anything :( They looked very interesting. Thanks

I took the survey and haven’t been able to access the download. I keep getting a message that the link is broken. I would really like to try the 25 minute workout. Finding enough time to exercise is my biggest problem.

I just logged on for the first time this week — Saturday Aug 8 — and couldn’t fill out the survey. You should probably give us more than 3 days.

I’d prefer videos showing how to perform exercises for each part of the body, giving ideas to change them every week or month.

I did the survey and voted on the pricing structure like instructed but never got a link for the 5 freebies. I have been back to the site and the page showing the survey results everyday and still nothing for the freebies…and nothing has showed up in my email either. Thanks!!

To all,

Sorry if you missed the deadline on the giveaway. I cannot access the gifts myself except for my own — that’s part of the deal we make with the guy who puts these things together.

You can get my gifts here:

I’ve tried and tried and tried to click through from Jon Benson’s offer video to order the EODD - to no avail. There is a problem with ClickBank, and I’ve tried contacting HQ many, many times. I am about to give up! Can anyone tell me where to order this program?

Hi Jon.

I want to tell you what the “EODD” did for me. Only when I did it back in 1974, probably about the time you were in 7th grade, I callled it the “DEOD” Diet every other day. A lot of my relatives were always starting a diet and 2 days later they were off . I decided I would go on a diet, when I read the stats on our local pro football team included only 3 players that weighed more than I did. I had a desk job and did not play football. I went searching for calorie information and found a book chock full of data. I also found a book called the “Brand Name Calorrie Counter” Armed with the data I started under the auspiches that anyone can diet for a day. So every other day was a diet day for me. Based on my height and weight I could eat a max of 3600 calories a day. On my diet day it was by my choice set at 900 calories. In just 3 months I lost 47 pounds. I have since told freinds about the diet and those that stuck to my plan also lost weight. My family and in-laws were not thrilled that my diet days that year included Christmas and New Years. The diet takes dedication and determination. But I guarantee it works, whether it’s my “deod” or your “eodd” The longer I was on it the less I could eat. To this day I don’t believe I could eat 3600 calories in a day.

Ron, that’s too cool! I had no idea a “DEOD” ever existed (as I was 11 at the time… ; ) Interesting… a bit different than EODD, but whatever works!
