Vote on the new E-Zine look and get a free book!

Please cast your vote below for three things: First, do you like the new name for my fitness newsletter?…

Also, do you like the new look and layout of the newsletter? It is still mostly text, and I plan to keep it that way with the exception of the occasional sponsor banner or graphic because I like clean emails. What do YOU think?

Finally, what are your thoughts on my newsletter content? Would you prefer more content, about the same, or less content per email?
