Radio yackin

Here’s a wee bit of a treat for you. The great gals from Flint, Michigan, Julia and Charlene from My Mom And Me, interviewed Bingo today.

Flint is the home town of Michael Moore, the filmmaker — and future 10er. Isn’t that right, Mike? Yeah boy…you gotta get a bod to go with those awards my man. If you really want to torque off your critics, ditch about 150 pounds. Then you can do documentaries on the Repub conspiracy to clone Chicken McNuggets. First sheep, now synthetic chicken. It’s all a conspiracy, I tell ya.

Quick…get Stone on the line. Hello, Oliver?…

Since this is a Christian radio station, I had to behave myself…most of the time. No mentions of Bingo, insect conspiracies, and so-forth — however, there’s a lot of good stuff here about how to create a lifestyle of success, end negative self-talk, anchoring, and why I thought The Biggest Loser was…well, just that.

I’m posting a Flash file that you can play instantly as well as an MP3 file that you can download. Give it a listen. It’s about 35 minutes or so. The quality is no where near M-Power as far as audio goes, but hey…I recorded it off my phone. Be grateful it doesn’t sound like one of those 78 LP recordings of The Bee-Bopperoos, okay Skippy? Also, hear Bingo quote scripture — yeah. Really. And you thought I was kidding about that “theological education” bit…heh. Serves you right for thinking there buddy.

Later today I’ll post that supplement schedule I promised, and more about Scale The World, which is just increasing in…

ya know. Scale, silly.

Or…Download MP3 Interview

Have some coffee…perhaps a candle-lit bath and some bon-bons…no, scratch that. Just listen to the darn thing and then check out M-Power so Bingo will not smite thee in thy sleep. I know when you’ve been naughty, just like that chunky old dude who gets stuck in chimneys. {10}

Jon,
That was great! You made so many important points in such a short time. As Julia continues the program she’ll keep yackin, I’m sure.
I pray we all learn to speak truthfully to ourselves and each other and that parents will teach their children truthful thinking.
I still want a tee shirt that says: Truthful Thinker. The sleeve could have a MPower Logo on it. Would you sue me if I had one made?

I just listened to your MP3 thing here and it was fantastic!

It is so funny you mention asking that question about who do you listen to..someone who has always had a great body and health or someone who has been in my shoes… I had asked my own question like that when I found Bill Philips book… But mine was more to the extent of who has taken weight and lost it and kept it off for years and years… and the word body builders came to me…to bad I have spoken to myself negatively most of the time.. No more of that for me..

You have taken it the next step. I thank you… appreciate you for bringing this to the world.

I was glad to hear that interview because it reminded me of stuff that I already know but forgot to use. Sometimes other peoples’ casual conversations reflects so much un-truthful thinking that I feel exhausted and depleted translating their bullshit into what I need to hear. Then I may be feeding their depression with sugar or high fats but I’m the one eating. So that was an excellent rebuke to snap out of it and get back to doing what is best for me.
